Biography Carlo Beer
Carlo Beer (*1985) was born and raised in a village in the Swiss Alps. Following his apprenticeship as a professional chef, he spent five years in Los Angeles. After his return to Switzerland, he moved to Zurich and started working as production assistant for film production companies. From 2015 to 2020 he studied writing and directing at the Zurich University of the Arts. Since 2020 he works as a freelance screenwriter and director. Carlo still enjoys cooking.
Biography Urs Berlinger
After an apprenticeship as an electrical fitter, Urs’ interest in film started to grow. He attended a yearlong film course in Melbourne, Australia and received his “Diploma of Screen and Media”. Shortly after, he interned at “Dschoint Ventschr AG” as an editing assistant and applied for the Bachelor of Arts in Film at Zurich University of Arts in 2015. Urs graduated in 2020 and majored in screenwriting.
