Director Story

Alasdair Mackay is a multiple award winning writer and director, originally from the north west of England, but now living in East London. He won Best Film for Glow at the 2016 Triforce Film Festival at BAFTA and Best Drama for Motherhood at The International Microfilm Festival in 2018. In 2020 he shot his first feature film, Anonymous. NightwatchMan is his first episodic project and his first out and out comedy, as both director and writer.
